When I use email bangla it looks correct as you may see the topic title but when I use microsoft word ৎ becomes a rectangular box. Please suggest. Thanks.

Update your font to Unicode 4.1... I think you try KHANDA TA with Vrinda font... Try it with any 4.1 comp. font...
