(This new proposal is not only about Avro keyboard but for all products from Omicromlab)

Proposal: Please start a wiki site for providing usage guidelines, published help, solved known issues for all the products from omicronlab.

The idea can be made clear with 1 example of Ubuntu. Ubuntu has 2 main community driven support platforms. 1 is forum and another is wiki. The forum discusses with on going issues. It receives all the questions and queries from the users and gives answers. Suggestions, comments also come in forum. At present, Omicronlab has this forum to serve that purpose. But in addition to forum, Ubuntu has a wiki which is a formal representation of many topics. For examples - guideline of product usage in different platform (operating systems), explanation of all features with screenshot examples, known issues that have been solved, Issues related to any specific application (photoshop) etc.
By using this wiki, it will be very easier for the beginner or solution to problem finder to get the right answer.

Thanks for your suggestion.

As you can see, there are several guides given on this page http://www.omicronlab.com/docs.html The articles there pretty much cover most Avro-related queries. Of course, it could be a wise idea to convert those pdf files into HTML pages, may be in a wiki form.

For any other issues related to Bengali in computing but not directly related Avro, the forum is just fine IMHO.
