I have to design Bengali webpages for providing information to the farmers related to agricultural problems and their solutions. Plsase give me the way how to design Bengali webpages using Avro. In this site I try to download the help file "Develop Bengali Web Page" but the required file is not found, but the file "Searching Web Pages in Bengali" link is found. Plz Plz some one help me. |

Which OS are you on? Can you see the 'ref' in this word: ফর্মুলা

You should write Bangla directly in Dreamweaver. Make sure the encoding of the page is set as UTF-8.
Go to Modify > Page Properties > Title/Encoding. Here change the encoding. To set UTF-8 as the default encoding for all new documents: Edit > Preferences > New Documents. Hope this helps. -------------------- Nipon Haque

I also have absolutely no problem in my Dreamweaver.
@Siyam: From what OP has said, it appears he's using Dreamweaver MX (2002) version. It's the version preceding Dreamweaver MX 2004 and Dreamweaver 8 as far as I remember. I guess he has fonts missing. -------------------- Nipon Haque

Exactly. Dreamweaver MX is from 2002. That's 8 years! Time to upgrade.
